The Cafe/Bar

Ask any of our young folk what their favourite part of The Ark is at the moment, and it's very likely they'll say "the bar". It looks like a bar... it feels like a bar... the only difference is... we don't sell alcohol. Instead we serve fair trade coffees, alcohol-free cocktails and a wide range of fruit juices and soft, fizzy drinks. We have a strict alcohol-free policy, and are proud to offer a trendy alternative to the binge drinking/drug misuse culture that has been growing steadily amongst Scottish youth.

With ambient music, extreme sports raging up on the big screens, friendly staff serving quality food and drink at the most affordable prices in the town, The Ark is emerging as one of the most attractive cafe/bars in the whole of Ayr.
