Project Manager: James Faddes

The Ark's Project Manager is 34 years old, is married and has three young children. Before joining The Ark he worked as a Drugs Development Worker in North Ayrshire. Previous to that, James studied for 5 years between the International Christian College (BA Hons Degree in Theology) and then the University of Paisley (PG Dip Alcohol and Drug Studies). Based in Irvine, James has worked with youth in the voluntary sector for over 12 years and is actively involved as a voluntary chaplain with Prison Fellowship (Scotland).

James enjoys spending time with his family and friends, relaxing in the sunshine, reading theology (amongst other things), powerkiting, all kinds of music, anything that helps him live life to the fullest, and acting younger than he really is!
