Need your bike checked before you jump back on it? Book it in with the Active Travel Hub for a check up and diagnosis. The team will  let you know what is needing worked on and can carry out minor repairs or adjustments too. Advanced Booking required. BOOK HERE

Here's what will happen:

- A hub officer will contact you when your booking is received. Just a quick chat to talk you through the process and establish what is going on with your bike. - Contactless bike drop off in marked bay at The Ark, bike to be collected from same bay at end of time slot. - You will not be able to wait during your appointment. Simply drop your bike with us and return after 45 mins - Bikes will be sanitized before our mechanics work on them and after they are finished. - We will then email you the diagnosis report to minimize any contact with hub staff or mechanics.
