Between Monday 19 October and Sunday 15 November, push yourself and your team out of your comfort zones and rank up those steps. Walk, jog or dance, the choice is yours!
Teams must be made up of three people and participants must be aged 11-18 years. Track your steps using smartphones, fitness wristbands or a pedometer (pick up your free pedometer from the ark for the challenge).
